- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

- Experience testing and validating hardware components for long-term field performance
- Understanding of physics of failure and reliability engineering principles
- Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW

- Master's degree
- Experience with electromechanical systems or sensors
