- Proven track record of executing revenue-driving articles
- Passion for service journalism and high-quality content
- Data and reporting tools proficiency
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Flexible availability including holidays and breaking news conditions
- Experience monitoring and driving audience growth
- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to prioritize across platforms
- Ability to write engaging headlines while maintaining editorial voice
