- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences or related discipline with 5+ years relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 8+ years experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience
- Quality Control, Analytical Development, or CMC technical leadership in biologics programs
- Independent decision-making on complex QC and compliance issues
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder communication

## Nice to have

- Extensive late-stage biologics QC strategy experience including method establishment, validation, transfer, and specification setting
- Deep understanding of global GMP expectations and ICH guidance for biologics
- Experience authoring or reviewing regulatory submissions and CMC documentation
- Oversight of CDMOs and contract testing laboratories
- Mandarin language proficiency
