- 2+ years of industry experience as Equipment Owner with PVD/CVD equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience, or Associate's degree with 5+ years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience with preventative and corrective maintenance in a semiconductor fab

## Nice to have

- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Data Science and Programming
- Experience with or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows
