- B.S. in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional engineering experience
- Understanding of engineering principles and safety analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in FMEA, FTA, and RCA techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CAD tools and reliability prediction software
- Experience with 14 CFR Part 450, AFSPCMAN 91-710, and/or ARP4761
- Experience with FAA, FCC, and/or US Air Force/Space Force range compliance
- Data analysis skills to interpret equipment failure data
- U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience with space launch vehicle systems, flight test programs, or operational space missions
- Familiarity with launch range operations and safety systems at governmental and private spaceports
