- Experience designing retail price management solutions and POS transmission
- Experience with POS data management and sales audit business processes
- Understanding of how POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, transactions) flow through SAP ERP
- 1–2 full-cycle ERP transformation program experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies to business problems
- Meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Work effectively with senior business partners to capture requirements
- Understanding of technical integration across functional areas
- Knowledge of S4/HANA FIORI tiles, launch pad, transactional apps, and personas

## Nice to have

- 5–7 years as Retail SD Consultant or with AFS/S4 Fashion
- Experience with retail SD pricing and FORMS
