- Lead Qt/QML application architecture for clinical UI systems
- Define multi-release UI direction in partnership with design and product
- Set engineering standards for code clarity, safety, testability, and clinical performance
- Mentor senior UI engineers across teams
- Work minimum 4 days per week onsite

- Deep expertise architecting Qt/QML applications at scale with state management, threading, performance, and accessibility
- Track record shaping UI architecture for complex clinical products across multiple releases
- Strong understanding of UI architecture interactions with real-time data, GPU rendering, and clinical workflows
