- Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Dynatrace

- Incident response and blameless post-mortem experience
- Proficiency with Git workflows

- 8-10 years of industry experience
- DevOps concepts and working practices
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures

- Experience with native Azure relational databases
