## Required

- 10+ years driving enterprise advertising sales and new business development
- Established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and marketing leaders in the Central region
- Experience selling into Retail, QSR, and/or CPG sectors
- Proven success developing new business and growing revenue in an established territory
- Ability to build executive relationships and navigate complex enterprise buying cycles
- Full sales cycle management with consistent achievement of revenue goals
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, platform-based media buying, and full-funnel marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Experience developing strategic account plans and identifying expansion opportunities
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction
