Google Workspace, OAuth, Okta, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)

## Required

- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise identity integration (SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, JIT provisioning) across at least two major identity providers
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot identity and access issues independently
- Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and SaaS/AI platform setup
- Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience designing and shipping programs that serve multiple customers (onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin training)
- Hands-on experience using AI in your own workflow
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
- Organizational change and enablement experience including rollout strategies and change management
- Comfort building in ambiguity and creating structure in undefined situations
- Data-driven approach with experience setting and tracking success metrics
