## Required

- High school diploma or GED plus 520 hours AOV or MOV diagnostic test tech experience, OR associate/bachelor's degree plus 260 hours experience, OR completion of Crane's Accelerated Development Program
- Excellent safety and attendance record
- AOV or MOV Test Technician certification
- ASA training or challenge exam completion
- ASATPE certification
- Compliance with CRANE Nuclear QAP-2.0 requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts up to 72 hours per week
- Willing to travel up to 80% domestically
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk 4-6 hours continuously
- Ability to work at heights using fall protection
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in extreme heat exceeding 100°F
- Safe and orderly work practices

## Nice to have

- Previous management training or experience
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Previous valve experience or training
