- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow in production

- Proficiency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and peer-reviewed deployment processes
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools as part of your development workflow
- Basic SQL skills and comfort with data warehouses
- Effective communication with sales, partnerships, finance, and engineering teams

## Nice to have

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
- Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, sharing, visibility, and recursion control
- Cloud marketplace integration experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with partner-specific integration platforms like Workspan
- Proven experience scaling Salesforce in high-growth go-to-market environments
