## Required

- 2 to 5 years cooking experience in high-volume banquet facility, hotel/conference center, or fine dining restaurant
- Valid ServSAFE Food Handling Certificate
- Ability to prep grill, sauté, cook, and prepare sauces in fast-paced environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50+ lbs, and perform kitchen cleaning tasks
