- Significant international contracting experience
- Federal and international regulatory expertise
- Direct DCS/FMS contract administration experience
- Commercial contracting knowledge
- ITAR and EAR compliance knowledge
- Experience with multiple contract types (firm fixed price, cost-type, commercial)
- Security clearance eligibility
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification
- Advanced degree
- Familiarity with finance and accounting procedures
- Experience leading process improvements
