You'll design and deploy production-grade AI agent systems for enterprise clients at scale, moving beyond prototypes to systems running real business operations. This role suits experienced AI engineers who have shipped multi-agent systems in production and want to scale patterns across an organization with access to major AI vendors and a pathway into specialized technical leadership.

## Required

- Production experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems
- Hands-on work with agentic orchestration frameworks at production scale
- Direct LLM API integration experience across multiple providers
- RAG pipeline design and ownership including embeddings and vector databases
- LLMOps fundamentals including eval harness design and observability
- Cloud-native engineering with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
- Strong Python or equivalent backend language
- Experience managing and developing an engineering team

## Nice to have

- Java or equivalent second backend language
- Terraform or Helm Infrastructure as Code experience
