## Required

- 10–15 years of AML, BSA, or financial crimes compliance experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and in-house implementation
- Hands-on SAR/STR filing program experience with quality assurance and regulatory dialogue
- Law enforcement liaison experience including subpoena and emergency request handling
- Track record leading complex financial crimes investigations with sanctions or terrorism financing dimensions
- Experience managing regulatory money movement programs including 314(a) and sponsor bank compliance
- AML program design and governance across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, EU/UK preferred)
- Direct engagement with financial regulators in examination or supervisory context
- Strong analytical ability to synthesize data into strategic intelligence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- CAMS certification
- CFE or CFCS certification
- Fintech, payments, payroll, or tax product experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, TurboTax, or Credit Karma ecosystems
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and cross-border privacy constraints on AML information sharing
