## Required

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections

- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week with specific day requirements (3 peak days OR 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to support operational tasks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
