- Attention to detail and data accuracy ownership
- Strong communication with non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

## Nice to have

- MBA
- Experience with planning tools like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Workday
