- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge including autovacuum, WAL, long-running transactions, and table bloat

- Experience troubleshooting complex setups including multi-tenant patterns
- Ability to debug edge functions and distributed system failures
- Experience with data migration and recovery using pg_dump/restore
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud providers
- Terminal and Linux proficiency
- Residence in North or South American time zones
