## Required

- 8+ years product, UX, experience, service, or interaction design
- Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping
- Experience designing AI-powered, personalized, data-informed, or conversational product experiences
- Experience designing across multiple surfaces, workflows, and human handoff moments
- Strong product, interaction, and visual design craft with ability to create prototypes and design artifacts
- Comfort using AI tools in design workflow
- Experience designing experiences involving trust, safety, explainability, consent, escalation, or human-in-the-loop support
- Experience with voice and tone systems, branded assistants, or conversational product experiences
- Experience with service blueprinting, journey mapping, systems thinking, or designing across member and care team experiences
- Experience collaborating with behavioral science, data science, machine learning, or operations teams
- Clear communication and storytelling ability to influence stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Healthcare, wellness, behavior change, chronic care, coaching, or clinical workflow design experience
- Collaboration with AI research, ML engineering, or data science teams
- AI feature prototyping, prompt-based experiences, agentic flows, or conversational experience development
- Contribution to AI evaluation loops for quality, trust, comprehension, usefulness, or safety
- Experience with Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, v0, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools
- Work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with emerging product patterns and technical capabilities
