- Ability to work with technical teams and translate engineering concepts into deal structures
- Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders

## Nice to have

- 8-10+ years in strategic deals, corporate development, partnerships, investment banking, or business development at technology companies
- Direct experience with hyperscaler AI or cloud partnerships, model gardens, marketplaces, and co-sell programs
