- 15+ years product design experience
- 8+ years executive or senior design leadership managing managers of managers
- Leadership of large distributed design organizations
- Executive presence and C-suite influence ability
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features in enterprise environments
- Understanding of AI/ML interaction patterns, conversational UI, and agentic workflows
- Data-informed decision-making with measurement frameworks connecting design to business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Ability to work from US office 2+ days per week

## Nice to have

- Experience at top-tier enterprise software, cybersecurity, or SaaS company
- Deep familiarity with complex data-dense product environments like security operations or analytics platforms
- Cybersecurity industry knowledge and understanding of security operations workflows
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking presence
- Experience with M&A activity and design maturity evaluation
