- 5+ years direct procurement experience in automotive OEM/Tier-1 or high-tech manufacturing
- global supply base management across multiple manufacturing locations
- strategic sourcing and vendor management experience
- ability to negotiate development and production agreements
- cross-functional relationship management across finance, engineering and program management
- AIAG Advance Product Quality Planning knowledge
- PPAP familiarity
- Source to Pay process understanding
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field

## Nice to have

- autonomous vehicle or complex manufacturing experience
- strategic sourcing or commodity management background
- vision systems or high-complexity electronics component experience
- ability to read engineering prints and 3D CAD models
- cost modeling and material/manufacturing cost estimation
