## Required

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, infrastructure automation, application support, or related technology discipline
- Technical ownership and administration of OpenText Network Automation platform
- Configuration management and software upgrades for enterprise routers and switches
- Server and application infrastructure administration and patching
- Network configuration compliance program administration
- Ability to work second shift Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM CT
- On-site three or more days per week

## Nice to have

- Experience with ServiceNow's Configuration Compliance Module
- Proficiency with automation scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Ansible experience
- REST API integration development
- GitLab or similar source control and CI/CD platforms
- Linux and Windows server troubleshooting
