- Strong understanding of financial data flows and data governance in regulated environments
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation programs
- Exceptional communication and ability to influence senior leaders

## Nice to have

- Experience with SaaS ERP migrations (Oracle, SAP)
- Strategic thinking that connects detailed process design to business outcomes
