- Hands-on exposure to digital assets such as custody workflows, on-chain settlement, or blockchain transaction lifecycle
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, ambiguous programs from conception through delivery
- Written and verbal communication skills to present trade-offs to executives and translate technical concepts for finance teams
