- 5+ years enterprise customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, containers, or vulnerability management
- Strategic, proactive mindset with full ownership of customer portfolio and high autonomy
- Strong emotional intelligence and priority management
- Continuous commitment to professional development
