- Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience building governance frameworks and performance management programs
- Ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across business functions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Experience in alternative asset management, private equity, financial services, insurance, or consulting
