## Required

- Minimum two years of coaching experience with at least six months under qualified supervision
- Board Certified as NBC-HWC and/or ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, or ICF-MCC coach
- Minimum two years relevant experience in mental health industry
- Ability to deliver video and text-based care simultaneously
- Private, appropriately lit business environment for video sessions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Not a licensed clinician or within 12 months of receiving licensure

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
- Bilingual capability in French or Spanish
- Experience with triage and team-based care models
- Prior experience with video and text-based care platforms
