## Required

- 4-5+ years as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales technical role in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms
- 1-5 years directly managing a technical or customer-facing team with a coaching track record
- Fluency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Customer relationship skills and revenue growth partnership with sales leadership
- Ability to present to and build relationships with VP/C-level audiences
- Experience building and maintaining a hiring pipeline
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent technical and business experience
- 25% travel

## Nice to have

- Experience scaling a Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales team through hypergrowth
- SaaS company or cloud architecture experience
