- 8+ years in supply chain, planning and operations with both strategic and executional responsibility
- Experience managing complex networks of 3PLs, freight forwarders, distributors and international factories
- Proven track record of COGS and landed cost reduction with quantified results
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills with data-driven approach
- Strong project management and budgeting discipline
- Experience managing direct reports with delegation instincts
- Ability to build supply chain infrastructure from the ground up
- Cross-functional influence through data and recommendations

## Nice to have

- Experience in fragrance or beauty including components, fills, compliance and hazmat shipping
- International expansion experience with new markets, retail partners or distributor models
- Background in startup or challenger brands where supply chain function was built rather than inherited
- Experience implementing or upgrading planning and ERP systems during periods of scale
