- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive hiring decisions
- Strong presentation and communication capabilities
- Executive talent identification and assessment
- Ability to build rapport with external candidates

## Nice to have

- Experience in retained search or leadership consulting
- Professional HR or talent management certification
- Experience spanning operational manufacturing and corporate functions
- Proficiency with Workday recruiting specifically
