- ETL/ELT pipeline development and optimization
- Data governance, quality, and operational excellence

- 6+ years work experience with Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years with advanced degree, or 3+ years with PhD)
- Demonstrated leadership delivering enterprise-class applications
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Python, and SQL
- Expertise in Java or Scala and container technologies
- Large-scale data pipeline and ML model management
- Kafka, Redis, Flink, TensorFlow, Triton, and AWS proficiency
- Unix/Shell scripting and Airflow/Control-M scheduling tools
- Agile, TDD, CI/CD, and database familiarity
- Track record of building reliable, scalable applications
- Security analysis and collaboration experience
