- 3–6+ years investment operations or security master experience
- Experience setting up fixed income, private credit, or structured product securities
- Ability to read and interpret Credit Agreements to extract key economic and structural terms
- Understanding of security lifecycle events and operational impacts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with traders, portfolio managers, and cross-functional stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Experience with mortgage products (RML and CML)
- Familiarity with Security Master platforms such as VPM, Everest, PAM, Thinkfolio, or Markit EDM
- Experience with Bloomberg and credit rating agencies
- Exposure to insurance asset management or separately managed account platforms
- Experience with system implementations or workflow redesign
- Understanding of data governance and operational risk management
