- 7+ years building on Salesforce
- 2+ years accountable for design decisions on large or complex implementations
- Write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation
- Design Salesforce data exchanges with other systems including security and failure recovery
- Design data models and determine system ownership across multiple systems
- Explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and gain alignment across competing priorities
- Set and enforce technical standards through design review, documentation, or mentoring

## Nice to have

- Expertise in multi-instance Salesforce with Health Cloud or Data 360
- Experience in HIPAA-compliant or regulated environments with data security knowledge
