## Required

- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years applying data science or operations research to business decisions
- 5+ years hands-on Python and SQL for large-scale data analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Fabric for end-to-end model development and deployment
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
- Experience deploying models via APIs, batch pipelines, or streaming architecture
- Statistical and predictive modeling
- Building data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI
- Ability to explain analytical approaches and results to technical and non-technical audiences

## Nice to have

- Master's degree

- Experience with high-cardinality data in Power BI using aggregations, extracts, semantic models, and row-level security
