## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years relevant experience, OR high school diploma with 5+ years progressive EHS/industrial safety experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering EHS training in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industrial safety requirements
- Experience with hazardous materials safety and regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate technical and regulatory information clearly to employees with varying experience levels
- Strong presentation, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in both classroom and active manufacturing environments
- Ability to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and provide effective coaching
- Must be 21 years or older and meet drug screening requirements
- U.S. Person eligibility (U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident) for ITAR/EAR export control compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain required site, state, or federal licenses and certifications for regulated materials
- Onsite work in Pueblo, Colorado

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting energetic materials, explosives, propellants, ordnance, chemicals, or other high-hazard manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of DoD 4145.26, ATF/BATFE explosives requirements, DOT/PHMSA hazardous materials regulations, and applicable explosives safety standards
- Experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM) programs
- Experience developing emergency-response or hazardous-material training
- Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses, risk assessments, safety inspections, or incident investigations
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Professional safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or equivalent
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, chemical processing, or advanced manufacturing organizations
- Experience using Learning Management Systems or electronic training-record systems
