- 12+ years in Product Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Costing in global apparel, consumer goods, or vertical retail
- Experience leading costing, sourcing, or analytics functions including building standards and teams
- Track record leading process and system improvement with PLM, costing, or sourcing platforms
- AI experience with hands-on design or deployment of AI-enabled tools
- Fluency applying analytics and modern digital tools to costing and sourcing scenarios
- Deep understanding of apparel go-to-market calendar, costing lifecycle, RFQ processes, and placement decisions

- Executive presence and strategic leadership ability to partner with C-suite stakeholders
- Track record building and developing teams
