## Required

- 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM administration and configuration
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday changes across tenants following change management
- Understand and audit Workday security model
- Support Workday releases including regression testing and UAT coordination
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Focus on end-user experience in system design
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Operate independently in a fast-moving HRIS environment

## Nice to have

- Workday Pro certification (HCM, Core Compensation, Absence, Reporting)
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, or integration tooling
- Workday reporting configuration or Workday Prism experience
- Global or multi-country Workday tenant support experience
- Greenfield Workday implementation or major HRIS migration experience
