## Required

- Sales, account management, or business development experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or attractions
- Experience building and maintaining external partner relationships that drive business results
- Business-level Japanese and English communication ability (conversational and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Prior experience at attractions facilities, travel agencies, tour operators, or OTAs
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Experience with educational travel, school trips, or group tour business
- Chinese or Korean language ability
- Experience driving projects autonomously in fast-changing environments
