- 3-5+ years in L&D or HR program management with enterprise-scale delivery experience
- Instructional design expertise including adult learning theory and behavior change approaches
- 2+ years creating learning content and managing change with a portfolio of assets
- Ability to translate talent strategy into learning experiences that build capabilities
- Strong data literacy and comfort analyzing program effectiveness metrics
- High proficiency with AI tools and informed perspective on AI in learning design
- Excellent communication and influence skills with diverse audiences
- Strong facilitation capabilities grounded in learning design principles
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships in matrixed, global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field

## Nice to have

- Certification in instructional design (ATD, CPTD) or change management (Prosci, CCMP)
- Familiarity with product or design thinking methodologies for learning experience design
- Experience embedding AI-powered features into HR or learning platforms with adoption and equity strategies
