- Strong laboratory skills in cell culture, molecular biology, high-throughput screening, assay development, and flow cytometry
- Significant hands-on experience in antibody discovery using in vivo immunization and single B-cell screening approaches
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Track record managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- External scientific visibility through publications, presentations, or community engagement

## Nice to have
