- Experience with guest-facing or operational systems
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
- Experience reporting to executive leadership
- Experience managing complex environments with multiple dependencies
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting distributed environments including shipboard or hotel operations
