- 2-4 years of experience in investment performance, client reporting, portfolio analytics, investment operations, or data analytics
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail with ability to work with complex financial datasets
- Organizational and project-management skills with ability to own recurring deliverables and manage deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis
- Written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare client-facing materials

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, or other reporting automation technologies
- Knowledge of private markets, investment performance measurement, or private-market fund structures
- CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or progress toward a relevant professional designation
- Experience with process improvement and automation
