## Required

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week including peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
