## Required

- 7+ years of CNC programming experience
- Ability to program and operate multi-axis machines (2-axis, 3-axis, 5-axis, mill/turn)
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up
- Ability to manually edit G-code to optimize programs
- Experience creating detailed setup instructions
- Experience transitioning parts from first article to production

## Nice to have

- Degree in Engineering or related technical field with 6+ years relevant experience
- Experience machining 3D-printed parts
- Experience in a startup or agile development environment
- Experience in a flight development program
- Experience in fast-paced R&D environment
