- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
- Apply independent judgment to solve complex disputes consulting challenges
- Build expertise in dispute operations, analytics, and industry trends
- Design and deliver dispute optimization program components
- Partner with multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Engage directly with clients to deliver insights
- Stay current on industry and regulatory trends

## Nice to have

- 3+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with advanced degree
- Extensive card or financial services industry experience with expertise in dispute processing, issuing, acquiring, and banking operations
- Advanced understanding of transaction processing and card technologies like EMV and tokenization
- Strong knowledge of payments ecosystem and Visa rules
- Advanced people management skills
- Strong judgment and negotiation skills
- Experience with process documentation and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau experience
- Visa or payments industry experience
- Willingness to travel
