## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations
- Senior finance role with demonstrated leadership and mentoring
- Expert financial modeling and forecasting
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- ERP system experience (NetSuite)
- Financial planning software experience (Adaptive Planning)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and presentation skills for non-finance audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building

## Nice to have

- MBA or CPA credential
- Experience in high-growth SaaS
- Prior experience in software or technology industry
