## Required

- Ph.D. in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, or related discipline
- 12+ years in biologics drug discovery industry
- Leadership experience with antibody discovery and optimization programs
- Proven track record advancing molecules from discovery to candidate nomination
- Deep expertise in antibody engineering and biologics discovery workflows
- Experience across multiple biologics modalities
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing scientific teams
- Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in translational immunology and immunology disease biology
- Prior collaboration with Immunology or Neurology research teams
- Background in early target assessment and discovery campaign initiation
- Experience identifying and sourcing external innovation through CROs, biotech, or academic partnerships
- Familiarity with computational design or AI/ML applications in biologics
