## Required

- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 3+ years direct manufacturing experience, OR BioWorks Certificate/associate's degree with 5+ years, OR high school diploma with 7+ years
- Strong cGMP knowledge and ability to ensure compliant execution
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing manufacturing teams
- Experience leading safety, GMP, and process-related training with focus on compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience troubleshooting downstream operational and equipment issues and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and changeovers
- Experience drafting and revising manufacturing documentation including batch records and SOPs
